With my recent post on business ideas for students and the series following that explaining some more in depth details on them, I thought it might be interested in come up with a list of businesses that student entrepreneurs should NOT start from their dorm room or other off-campus housing.
- Nothing travel based
- Phone sex/chat lines
- Nothing requiring lots of storage (aka large eBay inventory)
- Nothing requiring lots of noise (don’t set up a recording studio inside of your closet)
- Candle making
- Anything giving off fumes
Just a couple quick ideas! I am sure you guys can think of some businesses that should not be started within your dorm room, so what are you thinking?
